Haiiii! I’m Lindsey. My hair journey began when I realized how passionate I was about making my friends and family feel good about themselves. During my time in college, I became an assistant at a hair salon in my hometown. The owner acknowledged that I had a hidden talent and suggested I apply to cosmetology school. Once I completed my associate's degree I enrolled at The Salon Professional Academy.

From day one I knew that this was the start of an amazing journey. In August 2013 I became a licensed cosmetologist and colorist. I also became certified in tape-in and Keratin extensions. I have 9 years of experience in the industry and spent the past 5 years at Moda Hair Salon in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

My closest friends and family have supported me from the beginning and really pushed me to the point that I am at today. I am so blessed to become a small business owner, fully extend my talents and make my own salon everything I ever wanted it to be.

Lions Mane 815 was developed around the idea of a modern, and relaxed, environment. The Lion of the jungle represents strength, power, courage and wisdom. My dad and I are both Leos and our birthdays are a day apart (8/14 & 8/15). Unfortunately, he lost a tough battle with cancer and as much as this was my dream, it was also his. He always wanted me to open my own salon, so here we are, Lions Mane 815 LLC.
